The complex is a new sports, leisure and wellness clubhouse for the future eco-quarter of “Le Lido” that will be become the landmark of the new district surrounded by the upcoming park at the edge of the urban structure of the city. From the main entrance you have access to the reception that is defined as a welcome space, from which all the circulation takes places. It includes the administration and staff offices, a lounge area open to the city and the admittance to the lockers and the swimming pool that is conceived as a wellness area able to invite and immerse the visitor in an atmosphere of relaxation and retreat. This place is an invitation for all generations, a sensation of great landscapes. In summer, large sliding glass doors can link the indoor and outdoor activities. The technical room for the maintenance and operation of the swimming pool are at basement level.
At the first floor we can find the reception with a lounge area with a refreshment bar serving nutritious post-workout fare, a gym hall with at its centre a glassed-in yoga studio, lockers with sauna, a staff office. The training area is conceived as an open space, characterized by its formal clarity that transmits a sense of energy and identity all in synergy with its lightness and calm, intended that the user feel calm and focused on the workout, leaving out all the city stress, by a floor-to-ceiling big glass wall open to the park.
The roof level houses a rooftop bar and terrace with its 360-degree views over the city. The idea of implementing a bar, as an accessory program, aims to create a sort of an outdoor living room for the users, a place for socializing and fraternization within a modern and contemporary space.
