The vision for this project was to create a vibrant and interconnected urban hub, a vertical community that seamlessly blends residential living with a dynamic range of amenities and commercial spaces. The building has 21 elevated floors and 2 basements. Its form is articulated in three distinct yet interconnected parts: a podium, a tower and a rooftop oasis. The podium is the heart of the community, a vibrant base that serves as the social and recreational nucleus for residents. Here, children laugh and play at the state-of-the-art kindergarten, while families gather for community events in the multifunctional hall. Fitness enthusiasts find their haven in the well-equipped gym, complete with studios, lockers, a relaxing lounge, and a refreshing swimming pool. The Tower above the podium houses a diverse mix of elegant apartments and modern offices. The rooftop culminates in a verdant oasis. Here, residents can escape the urban bustle in the tranquil sky garden, unwind with panoramic views at the stylish sky bar, or simply enjoy the fresh air on this elevated sanctuary.
To ensure seamless and independent access for all, the building is designed with three distinct lobbies. The residential lobby is a private and welcoming entrance fostering a sense of exclusive community. The community lobby is a dedicated access point for those utilizing the shared facilities like the gym, pool, and community hall. The office lobby is an efficient entrance for office tenants, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.
